Refund policy
AtΒ Vamped Studio, we want you to have the best shopping experience. Each order is carefully checked before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after the 24-hour period may not be accepted.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order details
- Clear pictures/videos of the product
- A description of the issue
After reviewing your request, our team will confirm if the product is eligible for exchange or refund (where applicable).
Returning the Product
Once your return/exchange request is approved, the product must be sent back to us by the customer.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and must use a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Vamped Studio will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for refunds.
COD orders are only eligible for an exchange if:
- A defective product was received
- The wrong product was delivered
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are only available for prepaid orders after inspection and approval by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our refund procedure.
Exchange Conditions
Products must be returned:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original packaging
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection after delivery
